Designed on the basis of the standard direction finder, the instrument is suitable for monocrystal silicon and gallium arsenide, mainly being used for the orientation of crystal plate and crystal bars.
Main features:1. Easy operation. No need of specialized knowledge & skills.2. Equipped with special peak amplification integrator, which increases the measuring accuracy.3. Digital display, easy for reading.4. Ray tube highly integrated with high voltage cable, which increases the reliability under high voltage.5. Digital display can be set to zero at any angle, which can be easy for reading the angle deviation value.6. Counting tube is equipped with DC high voltage module.7. Two goniometers make available for double work stations, which increases working efficiency.8. Being equipped with vacuum suction plate increases angle measuring accuracy and efficiency.Based on the principle of X-ray diffraction, this instrument can swiftly and accurately measure the cutting angle of natural & artificial single crystal such as piezoelectric crystal, optics crystal, laser crystal, and semiconducting crystal. Together with the cutter, it can be used for orientation cutting of the foresaid crystals.
